How I log my TV shows
This section is meant to feel like a quiet evening on the couch: low-pressure, a bit messy, and full of little details that future-me will be glad I kept. Here's how I like to capture my TV time:

- One or two favorite moments, lines, or characters.
- Whether it felt like a background show or a fully-focused one.
- Any themes or ideas that lingered after the credits.
